This is an important tool for every meeting. All too often we have meetings that are unnecessary, and never give a second thought to how much it costs the company. We all should be thinking of the bottom line, and cancel unnecessary meetings. Or, at least know how much each meeting costs. This is a must have for every manager!

What does it do?
Quite simply, it keeps track of your time and money. How much does that meeting cost? How much is that latest kitchen remodel? How long did it take you to finish that last game of sudoku or win that last hand at a site like Casino.com? Keep track of your own billing time. If you have a recurring meeting, enter the details into the system, save it, and press start. Now you know how much each second is costing you!
The application has some defaults under the Settings button. Go to Settings to enter your own hourly rate, set up defaults for others in your organization (if you don't know the exact amount, just make a SWAG), or to choose your currency defaults
Yes. Money Timer is smart enough to keep track of the start time, so if you leave the application running, you can always leave the app and go back, to get that running total. But, remember to turn it off at the end of the meeting! :)
Just select the meeting, press the Edit button, and start adding or removing attendees. If you wish to delete the meeting altogether, just click the Trash icon.
